Decadent and rich, this sauce is absolute perfection! Heavy cream and butter gives it a rich silkiness, while the vodka, tomato paste, and basil gives it flavor that is simply irresistible. When served with fusilli or rotini, and topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese it truly becomes addicting! This dish is one of my weeknight favorites, and I'm sure it will be one of yours as well!
