No knead No Fuss Rosemary Bread

This made from scratch, no knead, no fuss rosemary bread has both a perfect crackling exterior and a gloriously soft and delicious inside! Each perfect slice is best cut thick, served hot, with plenty of butter scraped over each piece!

  1. Grab a large enough bowl that will allow the bread to rise to double its size. Mix together 3 cups of all purpose flour, 2 tsp instant yeast, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 tbsp dried rosemary until incorporated very well.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups of filtered water until it is incorporated thoroughly and forms a wet dough. *I VERY (and I do mean very) much recommend purchasing a danish dough whisk…it is a GAME CHANGER!!!*
  3. No need to knead (ba-dum-ch) all you want to do is to work your dough into a ball with your hands.
  4. Cover tightly with Saran Wrap or at least a towel in a warm safe spot in your kitchen (warmth maters a lot for the rising process). Do this for the first hour. After an hour has passed turn your oven on to 450 and keep your Dutch oven inside for the second hour. Keep the dough as is to continue to rise.
  5. After 2 hours has passed, sprinkle a tiny bit of four on the bottom of parchment paper that is an appropriate size to place the dough onto as well as that will fit well when you place inside the hot Dutch oven. Use your oven gloves to take outside of your oven and to take the top of the Dutch oven off. Place the parchment and dough safely inside the Dutch oven, then put in the oven at 450 for 25-30 minutes with the lid on. Then 10 minutes with he lid off.
  6. Once your bread has reached a lovely golden color remove the Dutch oven with your oven gloves. (Keep an eye on it while the lid is off, timing can vary)
  7. Make sure the bread is safe and cool enough to cut. Top the slices with your favorite butter.
  8. Enjoy!!
