This delicious fresh salsa combines the perfect amount of heat and sweet to create a truly balanced salsa that will please the whole family

  1. Heat saute pan on medium heat and add 1 TBSP of oil to saute the red onions . When oil is hot, add chopped red onions and sauté for four minutes or until soft and translucent. Add salt and minced garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds or until fragrant. Stir constantly so not to burn. Take off heat and set aside until completely cooled.
  2. While onions and garlic are cooling combine all remaining ingredients in food processor or blender. Once completely cooled add onions and garlic and pulse until combined.
  3. Serve salsa fresh with your favorite tortilla chips! Salsa stored in fridge should remain fresh for approximately a week
