This delicious fresh salsa combines the perfect amount of heat and sweet to create a truly balanced salsa that will please the whole family

  1. Heat saute pan on medium heat and add enough oil to pan to saute the red onions in. When oil is hot saute red onion in pan for four minutes. add salt and minced garlic and saute for an additional minute or until onions are soft and translucent. take off heat and set aside until completely cooled. try putting them in the fridge to cut down the cooling time.
  2. while onions and garlic are cooling combine all remaining ingredients in food processor or blender. add onions and garlic once completely cooled and pulse until well blended.
  3. serve salsa fresh with your favorite tortilla chips! Salsa stored in fridge should remain fresh for approximately a week
