Directions
  1. Add your chopped bacon to a pot over medium heat, cook and stir often until the bits have become browned and crispy. Once done, remove from pan and set aside. Make sure you leave the fat in the pan, you will used this to cook into the dish.
  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the fat in the pan, cook for about 30 seconds you will notice the fragrance. Add the tomatoes stirring occasionally for a couple of minutes to soften and release their juice. Add 3 cups of water, 1/12 teaspoons of salt and the farfalle pasta. Bring this to a simmer over medium high heat and cover. Stir this occasionally. Make sure you maintain a simmer. Cook pasta until it is al Dante which is usually around 12 minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, add the basil, half of the Parmesan, and the pease. Season with salt and pepper if you like. Once served, use the bacon bites and remaining grated cheese to sprinkle over the top.
  4. Congratulations on making a great dish! Little Chefs kiss.
