  1. Heat your oil in a large enough sauté pan for everything (all of your ingredients will end up in this). Add your onion, red pepper, and banana peppers along with tsp salt. Stirring occasionally, cook until the onion is soft and somewhat browned. After about 8 minutes of cooking add the minced garlic, tomato paste, cumin, cayenne, and paprika. Stir this for about one minute, you will notice the paste will become darker and start to stick to the pan.
  2. Add your meat to the pan, break this into a ground beef texture. Cook until it is no longer raw. This typically takes 5 minutes. Add cauliflower, tomatoes, and 3/4 of a cup of water. Bring this all to a simmer and cover it. Stir this occasionally, after 20 minutes you will notice a saucy consistency and the cauliflower will be tender. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper if desired. Goes perfectly served over your favorite rice along a side of naan bread.
